No Support option
Downloaded the app after upgrading the fireplace to wifi connected the unit is basic and has less functionality than the RF remote. But I purchased the networking unit to have access from anywhere over the internet. Since upgrading my iPhone to the current iOS I have no internet access and no way of asking for support from the developer via the App Store.

Unreliable
Paid $500 for this feature and it is unreliable. Works hit and miss. Remote is a big oldfashioned cumbersome thing that is not user friendly
