Like this game
My last purchase of gems from my piggy bank did not down load and now they won’t refund the money! I tried to get refund but was told I’m no eligible for a refund. Very frustrating

Thank you for playing the game and I'm glad to help you. The app store handles all billing matters. We simply applies the credit once the app store process the order. Since we don't handle your credit card, it's best to contact the app store you used directly to request a refund.
It’s going to force players to spend $$
As an active gamer, within the first few levels I could immediately tell this game was setup to intentionally get players hooked and spend money. I’ve read several other reviews with developer responses stating the game is free. While the game is free in theory it’s also intentionally setup to force players to buy items to beat certain levels. The overwhelming number of ads was my first clue to this and odd placement of those ads. There are plenty of other games that do the same thing, but this game is very obvious about it. I don’t play games that feel this dishonest. You’ve already been deleted. Downloaders beware.

Amazing games
Love this game!!!
Love it, BUT
There needs to be a little more time for the harder times levels. I am no where near slow and clear people out quickly, but some levels there is not enough time unless you use gems or boosts that you have to buy with gems. I refuse to spend money on a game because the developers set it up that you have to use gems to pass certain levels, which you either have to wait days to accumulate or spend money. Don’t make that you need boosts or gems to pass certain levels. I’ve deleted games in the past for this and will do it again!

One small change needs to happen
Okay this game is great! It would be perfect IF when you double click on something it didn’t throw it away. It’s a fast paced game and when you’re in the zone and accidentally hit something twice and it throws it out it screws up a level where you’re not allowed to trash food. I just lost three power ups Because of this and it’s super frustrating

Best Game !
I have absolutely No PROBLEMS with this game. Some levels are hard but you have to master the strategy to get it done. People complain but there aren’t too many times levels I have 467 diamonds and I have spent a single one yet ! I am currently on level 60. I have lost any lives either I still have the full 5 . As I said you have to be good at the game to keep going and collect diamonds

I really like the game and it is very addicting but...
So, I just got this game yesterday and I am already on level 39. That is how addicting the game is. The only flaws I personally find flaws are that there are hearts. I personally hate having to wait to play and enjoy a game. I know that they need people to buy things for profit. But I think there are more ways. Like the candy and boosters. Another thing I find irritating it that the timed ones are very annoying. I have everything upgraded yet it is still impossible to defeat the level unless you get a booster or buy more customers. All in all, a pretty good game just I want these things to be improved and I think others may agree. This is just my personal opinion. 😃

It’s a good game but could be better
I give it a two because it has a lot of timed levels almost impossible to beat. Your forced to buy diamonds to buy time boost. Just gets blah so it will be another cooking game that you stop playing. It’s ok to buy extras from time to time. This is just another cooking game that gets you on having to buy to move on. So you end up deleting. That’s why there is so many cooking games now. People stop playing them

Time management games
I love these games a lot. In this particular one, one thing I would suggest is having more characters in the rotation. Maybe customers who look different or distracting as another element to the challenge. Also, I noticed that sometimes when you introduce a new ingredient you only send customers with that kind of order ( tomatoes an steak sauce) and never broccoli. It’s good to have a mixture of orders makes it more interesting and challenging. Also maybe offer white wine at the same time for multiple drink options. All in all I’m addicted to these games lol
