Now not working
I had no problems with the service until the recent update! With my current phone, I am unable to use the latest iOS and therefore cannot update and use the app anymore! Very disappointing as I was a regular customer!Developer Response
We are sorry to hear that you're having problems. With the latest update, we dropped support for iOS 14. All iPhone devices that support iOS 14 also support iOS 15. Thus, you should be able to upgrade. Should you prefer to stay on iOS 14, you can still use version 2.1 of the app. According to metadata attached to your review, you are running the latest version 2.2, so it seems that you have been able to upgrade, haven't you?Can’t open account
Cannot open an account with an Ausländerausweis in the app and Avec don’t respond when writing to them with a copy of the Ausweis as instructed in the app (twice with no response)Developer Response
