Super duper sorry but I have had a problem. Ever since I got the game I can’t get into the game. It keeps crashing! I bet it would be a great game if this didn’t do this. I know loads of reviews have said this but please fix this. I know all developers can do better than this, I have high expectations. I don’t know whether anyone else can get on. Please nobody write a review saying that this is a lie and should be ignored because I am telling the truth,I’ve never even been able to play the game because of this bug and I hope everyone agrees with me that this problem should be fixed. Forced to purchase items or watch continual ads. Prevents progress and limited pleasure of play. Especially when unable to play further in the middle of unlimited lives.44deb!

You do not have to spend any of your real money unless you want too 😋! There is no way to loose a game and it is so fun to decorate the 🏡 ! You want to keep playing and playing to see what will happen next! If you’re looking for a fun decorating game get this one!Klytxz

Every time I load the game, it kicks me out before I even have a chance to play it. I sent three emails to the support desk about this problem, but I have yet to receive any kind of response other than that computer-generated "we'll contact you soon", which makes me feel like I'm being ignored. Too bad you don't care enough about your game to make it work for everyone. I just wanted to play this game, but I'm starting to feel like you don't want everyone to play it. So much for downloading this game. If I'd been able to play the game without being kicked out all the time, I could've posted about it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram; then more people would download your game. I'll just remove the game from my phone now. Perhaps if you actually fix the game so it will work on everyone's phone, I'll download it again. Have a nice day.Show lessKatina Lee-Davis
Don’t understand the stupid picture frame!
I started playing this about 2 weeks ago and was really enjoying it until I hit Level 32. It’s a picture frame around the family and it will not let me go forward until it’s “fixed.” It would cost me 12,000 coins or wait. I don’t have 12,000 coins so I had no choice but to wait. Okay...I’ve been waiting 3 DAYS and I still can’t move forward!! Please tell me, what is the purpose of this wait period?? All it does is make me want to delete this game. Down loaded this looking forward to playing but each time
I load it unfortunately it crashes so ain’t been able to play so have deleted it game loads then automatically shuts downA j raw23
