Update is awful
Can’t schedule reoccurring transfers from member to member unless you are on the person your transferring to’s account.
Transfers from member to member do not show who the transfer is from or their account number. It only shows what the transferee chooses to enter into the description box.
Can’t schedule reoccurring transfers from mobile app
Can’t see scheduled reoccurring transfers from each accounts. Only from one of my accounts.
Can only see maybe 60 days worth of activity as compared to the approximately one years worth in the old system
Can only see statements back to Jan 2019
Statements aren’t very detailed to show where money went or came from
I can’t see my reoccurring transfers. Can’t tell if the ones I had scheduled previously are working. Have to wait and see
Can’t manage alerts from mobile. Must go to full site
After already logging in to the mobile app and then selecting to view full site you have to re-enter your information and more: user Id, email address, answer security questions and your password
