User Reviews: True Value MTS+ App

  • Beyond Pathetic

It’s a rare occurrence that you come across an that is designed so poorly that it becomes unusable.

The developers of this app don’t even rise to the level of obtuse.
  • Can’t Login

Unbelievably hard! Someone in True Value leadership needs to read this.
I spent over 30 minutes trying to log into this app to see if I could find some lights. It was so frustrating I gave up, deleted the app from my phone, and went to Menards.
Sorry, True Value you’ve just lost a customer. And reading some of these other evaluations of the app, I’m not the only one.
If I could, I give you a negative star.
  • Inoperable

Can’t login. Asks for store ID but can’t find that anywhere including when logging in via computer. Did anyone bother to test this app before they released it?????
  • Ditto Here

    Same complaints.
  • HORRIBLE!!!

Don’t waste your time. Filled out all required information and it accepted and opened. Once closed, doesn’t recognize your information. There is mire than enough aggravation in the world today. I don’t need more from a B. S. store app!
  • App is the worst I have ever tried to use!

I can’t login due to required store number not found anywhere on the web. I need to order and use my rewards, but I can’t even sign in. The forgot password option is not enabled so I will order my supplies from Ace, Lowe’s, or Home Depot and pay extra. At least they keep their apps working!
  • Horrible

The app won’t let you sign in unless you have the store number. The cashier as well as on duty manager had no idea what it was. The register reader won’t recognize the bar codes on a coupon I printed out. The register wouldn’t accept my customer number that printed out with my coupon. The register didn’t honor the sales prices in the local store ad. ACE Hardware isn’t that far away.
