  • This app is so bad

    To buy a game on there, but I got scammed because it never arrived. I’m still waiting to this day. I try to get a refund, but they said it will arrive shortly never buying again

    Can’t register using the app. Seems like it’s not developed properly.

  • Terrible app, terrible service

    Tried several times to purchase and it fails, no one answers live chat, links for customer service don’t work. Purchases don’t go through and the the discount code used comes up as used.... on a purchase that didn’t go through??!! Avoid!!! Really dodgy app and website

  • Ther just stealing money

    I order a mask more than a month ago and still no product there just stealing money stay a way thank god it was only 35.00 but what if it was more stay away

    I placed an order on March 22 and it appears as it still in Shenzhen after almost 2 month. I opened a case and they replied they h e no guaranteed. I mean, I ordered a mask, for COVID, isn’t this a priority?!! I asked for a refund and nothing. Unacceptable!!!!

  • Overall satisfaction

    I’m not really into giving reviews but I thought this time around I should, ordered a product from GeekBuying and paid extra for shipping and even though COVID 19 was amidst us I allowed a few days more for delivery. It’s now bout a month over provided delivery date and product no where to be seen ; upon contacting customer service I was told to WAIT some more . If you pay for a service it should be honored or at the least follow up .
    Very disappointed.
