app does not work - logs me off every time i click on a guest to view their information - worked on previous version - not this on - worthless !!!!
Cant Log In
More times than not you can’t log in in order to register a guest! The server doesn’t respond. Worthless. Our HOA needs to dump this system.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Coming from another gated community who used another app program- this is ridiculous. Doesn’t work AT ALL. Cannot even enter community name now, let alone did it ever “remember” my log in information when it did “work” for a week. Absolutely horrible. Communities should look into Gate Access, that app seemed to work very well with no errors in the 5 years we had used them.
