A Lot of Room for Opportunity
Not a well-designed app. Common to come across bugs - I can’t even create my bracket for the Miami Open. The UI is too busy and lacks intuitiveness. The livestream of the Miami Open draw was a joke - they kept telling you to close out of the app and come back in. Mute people’s mics and prevent them from screen sharing next time.

Must watch ads for 15 seconds everytime you log in
I’ve been using this app for over a year and I liked it a lot. Now, the latest update forces you to watch an ad of at least 15 seconds everytime you log in before you’re able to look at scores. It’s especially annoying if you like to check on matches often. I’m already looking for an app alternative because it’s intolerable now.

Was a great app, but now has video ads
I was pretty happy with the app for a while, but now they started inserting 14 sec video ads, which you’re required to watch if you want to access the scoreboard. Deleting the app, switching to tnns

Doesn’t accurately track scores
It’s nice to be able to see info on all tournaments in one place and the brackets can be fun, but it doesn’t seem to track scores accurately. And we’re not talking about lag here, we’re talking major discrepancies for many minutes. I’ve seen set score shown as 2-4 but the match is over and the last set was 6-4. I’ve seen it show that a player won a set 6-3 and then the next time I looked it showed 5-3 for that same match. This app can’t be trusted.
