Added user authentication with login to votersurvey application .
We need phone number to send OTP for Digital Voting functionality. And also verifying user for both user email and phone number match for forget password. Also attached latest VoterSurvey App Demo youtube link with details. YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vT6f3o3PvWM
User Registration with Name, email, phone, password and auto fetched location. Added Login, Forget Password, and Reset password functionality as well.
Remaining all function same. Provided youtube video for all functionality.

Fixed Performance issue when you click the tab back and forth. We loading first time only added more logic to the first two tabs fro map loadings. Added google ads. Fixed crowded UI issues.
