Lost $$
My daughter went Thur cancer an we spent hundreds of money on pets to get tags an add them to her account. She had 26 animals 12 month in the hospital she had lots of time on her hands. She let her little brother play her game. They drop their tablet in water. An the 7 month they didn’t log in an all her animals an account was deleted!! UnLike other games once you pay for something you should always have it no matter if you don’t log in for 2years. I have games on my iPhone I have not played in 3 years but all the stuff I bought is still in the accounts. Pretty sad they do that crap to people!!

Very laggy and glitchy
Fun game but I find there’s not many activities to do so I spend most my time playing at the arcade to earn kinzcash to decorate my rooms. The game is very laggy during the mini games and causes me to lose at games like glide heart or cakeup because the game doesn’t render properly.
Awesome Game!
I have played Webkinz Classic ever since I was a kid. I’d heard of Next but until recently wasn’t interested in trying it. Boy do I regret not playing since the start! It’s a great game, different from Classic and you can do all the things on the phone app, unlike Classic which you need a computer to fully experience! I like being able to have baby pets, but I wish we could add sparks to a pet instead of needing to buy multiple basic pets to have all the genetics to play around with. I’m autistic and it also bugs me to have an odd number of sparks. It will always be odd numbered no matter how many pets you buy! Thanks for a great second game Ganz, please continue to improve it!

Great Cake Cookoff
Adding the great cake cookoff was a nice touch, it’s pretty fun to play. However the mapping/mobility can be rather annoying. This wasn’t something I noticed much until the mini game was introduced where you had to race for items. When you “tap” the ground to go somewhere near or far, sometimes it veers you into a different direction or your pet will just decide to walk and enjoy its stroll. Instead of it being a straight path to said item, let’s take a detour going around this light post instead lol. Vehicles can make movements much smoother and faster, but one wrong click and your pet is hopping out mid-game 😂
Also, I second a previous review about adding Dogbeards Bathtub Battles!
(Or just more multiplayer games in general cause I think they’re a fun addition)

Fun, but…
I’m enjoying the app a lot and love that it’s reminiscent of the original. But I am having almost constant connectivity errors no matter what I do and it is really impacting gameplay. Not sure if it’s just me or if it’s a wider issue. I’m looking forward to the future of this app!

I love that they are bringing back webkinz. my older sister loved webkinz as a kid and all of her webkinz are now mine too. I have 4 webkinz and to see them on my screen and next to me is so cool! I love that there are so many things to do and see in the new game. The old game had some glitches on my iPad but the new one has no problems. I love the friend aspect a I can play with other people who like webkinz to! Kind of like Roblox. Over all I love webkinz next definitely recommend.

Crashes
I’m really tired of the game crashing, then when I reload the game my pets life level is gone to low. But really tired of taking for ever to get my pets to level they need to be, and the crashing. Really getting sick and tired of that.
Somewhat Enjoyable… but Hard to Look At
I’ve been playing Webkinz for a really long time, since I was a little kid. I haven’t started playing Webkinz Next until recently and I’ll admit it’s kinda fun. If you’re a Webkinz fan already, there’s some of the core aspects that you’ll be familiar with to keep you entertained.
There’s one major, glaring issue however… this game is so very, very ugly. I will say the game has gotten better since launch with updates but it looks just as bad as it did the moment it came out. The models of the pets and the other characters are so uncanny with their eyes, and the textures—even at the highest graphical level—are so crunchy and… ugly! It’s so disappointing because Webkinz classic, what was essentially a flash game from the mid-2000s, looks way better than it’s successor. Even the stuffed animals themselves are just creepy, with their big, round, glassy and soulless eyes.
I would enjoy this game so much more if it wasn’t so… uncomfortable to look at. It’s mean, perhaps, but everybody’s thinking it.

I like it but its kind of like adopt me on roblox so yeah i dont know what else to say but its good
Still think Classic is better
I still find Next a little confusing to navigate. Decorating the room is hard when placing things. The arcade is meh but it’s nice that there are some different games that aren’t on Classic. Overall it’s ok. The best part about this is that you pretty much have the full game on mobile. Classic is basically on good for checking in, shopping, kinzpost, player appreciation day and Wheel of Wow. Webkinz Next is actually worth playing on your mobile.
