Sorry but cannot compare with the original webkinz
I’m sorry but this new webkinz is an abomination. This new webkinz is trash when compared to the godly original webkinz, they should have really continued to work on the original instead of making an entirely new one. I just hope this new app doesn’t effect the original one negatively and the creators bring what the people want.

Has potential but not very good
This app has potential, but I have to say I don’t like it. The pets are not visually pleasing at all, and they are the main focal point of the game. And why get rid of Ms. Birdy? She was the face of Kinzville. I don’t think the new 3D format was a good choice, and frankly a lot of it is just weird looking and creepy. I respect how hard the developers have worked on the game, but it would be better if the developers just worked on expanding Webkinz Classic into the full site it used to be. Also, there isn’t much to do, but I understand that the developers are working on that. Overall I think this app is pretty bad and I think that the developers should work on improving Webkinz Classic and making that into the full game that Webkinz used to be.

Much better than I expected
I decided to try out the new Webkinz game. The graphics are gorgeous with the exception of the pet. The pet looks okay in the right corner, but when you’re walking around, your pets eyes look kind of creepy. However, the gameplay seems really fun. There’s a bunch of quests that you can do. You can also walk (or ride) through downtown Kinzville. The new park is really nice and realistic and has an awesome carousel. The games have limited numbers of plays a day, but it’s not a big deal.

Just hope the classic stays
I just want to come on here and say this isn’t horrible and could have potential. It’s very barebones right now. I’m very worried because it’s nothing compared to classic and I really hope this doesn’t replace classic. Webkinz was my whole childhood. All I ever asked Santa for was Webkinz. Everyone knew to just get me Webkinz as birthday gifts. I ended up with 172 Webkinz in total and just bought a new virtual one in classic. I’m 20 now and I would be heartbroken if all those pets got deleted. Especially in the name of this new game. I got the cat but feel mo affection towards it like I do my classic pets

Horrible customer service
I’ve been playing for about a week now with few major problems, so I logged out to make a parents account to activate my ability to type my own chat messages and now it won’t let me back on and says my account doesn’t exist. There’s nowhere I can contact to set it straight, and the password reset link doesn’t work because the password I had set simply isn’t being accepted for me to change it. One would have thought in the last 12 years they could have fixed this issue as I remember my mom having the same trouble when I was a kid trying to play this game.

As someone whos played classic for years and years in my childhood, I had high hopes for this seeing that ganz’s popularity has dipped in recent years. And I’m THOROUGHLY disappointed. Webkinz was so sought after because of this idea that your stuffed animal could come to like in this virtual world! This new version seems to completely and utterly cuts that out. This is like some weird Sims meets Animal Jam type of game. And really? A BREEDING mechanic? In a children’s game? Thats so unnecessary. Stop spending money on things like this, revamp and improve “classic”, and bring back the plushies!

Webkinz is going to go bankrupt
This game is literally so horrible, and as a longtime Webkinz fan I’m very disappointed in Webkinz right now. They used to be such a great company, and everyone loved their plush. Ever since they got rid of Webkinz Signatures, everything has gone downhill. We had to wait two years and we were so excited to get the original Webkinz plush back and THIS is what we get?! This is insane. Close to nobody likes this, and anyone that does is absolutely insane. I’m going to be completely honest: This is a last minute hope that their company will get popular again. Everything in the game is overly expensive and the game is poorly made. The new rainbow unicorn and rainbow golden retriever is all a gambling game. The mentally ill people that are so desperate to get them literally end up spending $400 on a stupid knock off beanie boo. Not to mention that beanie boos are way cuter and way higher quality. And they aren’t $400, they’re $7. And the people that are trying to give this game a chance end up spending like $50 trying to get one and they end up getting NOTHING. Webkinz, this is very disappointing and I hope you listen to your fans and decide to bring back the old Webkinz plush before you go completely bankrupt. I’m surprised nobody on the staff has realized how completely stupid this is.

I love this
I love this game because like the baby’s so cute and u can chat amazing!
It’s a good start but...
First of all; yikes. So this game is extremely buggy. I had to create new accounts because the game would either register me doing something I didn’t, or it wouldn’t register me doing something, completely messing up gameplay. Controls are pretty awful too.
On a positive note; the game looks decent. It’s a good start to introduce new generations to the original Webkinz. And the idea of breeding pets is really cool! However, I wish this game would be a lot less buggy than it is.

Why this version is a bit better then the old one but not at the same time
I like the game but barely anybody is around you? It’s really fun and I love it but let’s get into the part where I don’t really like I never really liked this in the original game either but something just popped up on my screen it gives me a mini heart attack so every time something pops up on my screen I would just gasp for air when I was playing I fainted for an hour😛
