This version includes a few additional feature improvements and bug fixes: • Added an icon on completed Job cards to indicate if Job Evidence was added • Added icons to Job card to indicate if if there is a Fault or a New Template version available • Fixed various bugs related to AR Notes in a Job • Fixed a bug where the Fault was not updating between 2D and AR modes  • Fixed a bug where the Job Timer did not retain the elapsed time value if a Job was Unassigned before any Steps were completed • Fixed a bug where a user was navigated to the Job board after updating a Job to use a new Template version  • Improved the handling of removing users from the Manifest, deactivating users, and removing users from Orgs • Fixed a bug where Videos and Photos were not sent successfully in a Connect Chat • Various additional bug fixes and improvements

Manifest 4.0 introduces Orgs, a new data paradigm for separating and controlling access to Manifest content that provides efficiency and flexibility to customers managing larger numbers of users, procedures, equipment, teams or regulations.  • Organize your content and data by function, location, teams, skill level, equipment and other organizational attributes  • Partition content for privacy and security reasons  • Control employee access to content and data  • Simplify and filter views and dashboards • Focus your users on only what matters to them Additional updates and enhancements: • Redesigned Connect window now provides the ability to view just Chats, all Contacts, or Favorite Contacts - making it easier to quickly initiate or return to a Chat • Redesigned the Add Work user flow to expand the space and information displayed for Job Template, Assets and Users making it easier for users to review these details when creating a Job or Task • Add prompt to Align to Alignment Tag during Preview Mode • Added the ability to favorite Asset Classes and Assets • Added the ability to edit Steps from Manage Steps (users can still use the swipe to edit as well) • Redesigned the Sub-Job Note details to highlight the Job Template name more prominently, along with the assigned Asset Details if available • Locations have been removed as a main window option. Location data has been moved to Assets and is now optional Bug Fixes: • Fixed a bug where Step Note order was not respected in Preview Mode • Fixed a few bugs related to the Job Timer causing it to display inaccurate times or break when the app was put in the background

Feature enhancements for adding Step Notes, Evidence, and Fault Notes: • Ungrouping of Notes: Across all Manifest platforms, we’ve updated Notes so they are no longer grouped by Note Type and can be reordered as desired - giving Authors more control over the sequence Notes should be displayed on a Step and reviewed by the user. • Authoring: Added ability to Author Choice Notes on iPad • Photo Markup Tool: Added ability to change the background color of text in the photo markup tools • Photo Markup Tool: Added a new rectangle shape as a markup option Additional updates and usability improvements: • Added the ability to Share a Published Template via Connect (access this under the More options menu in a Published Template) • Connect: Connect now displays a red icon when the user is 'busy' • Template List in Job creation now wraps to handle longer names • Jobs: Inform Operator when a Step requires a Choice selection before it can be completed • Jobs: Inform Operator why "Done" is disabled due to required evidence, unlocked Team Job, or due to the Step being assigned to another user • Jobs: Added ability to tap on Work’s Assigned User icon to view name Bug Fixes: • Fix issue where portrait Photo Notes would be covered by UI • Fixed various issues with the Offline Work sync that was causing crashes and/or Photo Evidence to be overridden. • Fixed a bug where the Video Evidence would not load in Offline mode • Fixed a bug where Authoring a Step Leader Line would generate multiple extra lines • Added the option to share Published Templates • Various additional bug fixes and improvements

This release is an expansion of the Fault and Task features, as outlined below: - Added ability to spatially position an AR Fault Marker - Added a view of Faults from the Asset detail (under the Asset Management tab) - Added the ability to open the AR view from the Asset Faults List to view any spatially placed Faults and notes over an Asset - Users can now add a Fault directly to an Asset (formerly only available from a Job Step) - Select a Fault listing to view all the Fault details, including any associated Work - Users can now add Faults during a Job when working offline - Added the option to download Tasks to an Offline Work Package to complete when working offline Additional updates & improvements: - Minor updates to the AR view with menu options for Faults, Meters, and Templates now available in the upper left-hand corner when viewing an Asset in AR Mode - The Tutorial is updated to reflect all updates in version 2.8
