In this release we have introduced the Enhanced History Feature.  Once enabled in the Settings Menu, the all new history graphs will present the Actual & Set Temperature as well as when the zone was heating or preheating. This data will be available for the last 4 weeks for each heating zone.

Poor Badly Designed App

Many times the app crashes. It reverts back to old temperature. Very poor design and interface.

Poor app

This app really lets down the Polypipe system. App doesn’t respond to inputs, system turns on randomly. It’s a real shame because the heating is great, but the app is extremely frustrating! Investment required quickly!

Awful experience

Had the app for a few years now, and on the whole it’s been a shocking experience.

Over New Year we were away and I decided to set it to “away” mode to save some heating bills. Set up the return time 12 hours before we got back, and expected it to kick in. Got back and could t log into the system. Thermostats weren’t working either. No support.

Just trusted it again after a weekend away and it’s failed again. Time for an upgrade I think. £15k on Polypipe UFH and the “smart” bit is not fit for purpose.

Disappointing beyond words.
