Cannot save mixes
Been using evermix since it first came out. No issues worked perfectly. Since I’ve updated my phone and the app it won’t record or save my mixes. Very disappointed. Please respond with advice.
Distorted weird glitch
As others have mentioned, recorded an hour and half long mix and every few minutes there’s a horrific distorted glitch in the music. Had to throw out the entire mix. DO NOT USE.
Distortion and terrible customer service
I kept getting strange distortion noises on my mixes and after chasing up for a month I have still had no feedback or help from Evermix customer services. It’s now completely unusable and no help from Evermix.
Works a treat
I’ve Recorded 6 hour dj sets and live streamed without a hitch with this. Great hardware and software. A few more features like normalisation would be great but definitely not a deal breaker. Worth every penny
distortion sound during playback
i received this for xmas . i did my first 90 minute mix on this but when i played it back on my iphone every few minutes there is a weird distorted sound that last for 15 secounds or more .. my trim or master never went into the red so i don’t know why this happened ...

Also customer service is TERRIBLE. It’s been couple of months that I bought my Evermix box 4 and still they did not offer to change the box or any refund... my box is probably faulty or Im just being a good person and thinking I got a bad luck :)) shame on you Evermix. You guys look cool with an app but for us DJ’s, we like old skool stuff too ;)
what Im feeling about mine is:
- they sent me with iPhone lightning cable with Android box. As stupid it sounds I can’t think of anything else.
Because;
- the app never recognized the evermix box
- tried with audio interfaces and mixers and everything....
- the app allows to record when the setting is internal mic (when you don’t need the box)
Anyone wants to buy it??? I’ll sell mine %50 off OBO it’s basically brand new :)

Perfect and practical
I love it, works perfectly and it's so easy to use and it's super portable
Doesn’t save mixes!
Recorded an entire set and unplugged the device. Surely at this point it should save whatever’s been recorded, instead everything is lost! :-( Please fix it
