Hi. Thanks for your reply and the valuable information regarding connectivity issues. The app does require you have an internet connection and we do realize that at times wifi connections may interfere with your mobile data connection. We are continuing to work on finding solutions for these and other issues.

Hi. I’m sorry you feel you got ripped off. We will never accept charges for a ride that was not successful. With the service being reliant on many connectivity to data and your mobile devices. There can be times where the connection is not successful. If you email the details of your ride to support@bunnyscooters.com a customer service rep and take a look and the logs of your ride and will provide a full refund for any unsuccessful ride. Thanks.

My wife and I rented 2 e-scooters in Kelowna at the end of August. Only used $10/each of preloaded money in our wallets. Was charged (2) $25 security deposits and have spent the last 3 weeks attempting to recoup my deposit(s) Impossible to get an answer from anyone at Bunny... still waiting. DO NOT USE BUNNY SCOOTERS. Inferior product, absolutely awful customer service. A joke.
