It’s so easy and convenient and surprising easy to watch live classes or play them back.
Supportive community
Love the app for connecting with like minded ladies who all want to look after their physical and mental health. Everyone has their own goals and the community is supportive regardless of whether you’re planning an iron man or getting in the pool to try freestyle for the first time. Have met lovely people in real life from joining Her Spirit and improved my swimming. Thank you!

Top top App.. not just another ‘health’ app
If you’re looking to become a better version of yourself and are looking for support with eating habits, mind and/or body health look no further. There is something for everyone in this app and the community is so supportive. I’m a big fan of the live cycling sessions but also the strength and hiit sessions. There’s a monthly food planner to help with healthy choices and heaps of information about looking after yourself. In addition there’s a yoga class, Pilates class, running programme, swim programmes and much more. I’m a huge fan of the podcast that has guests from all areas of life offering insights into their successes. Come and join this fab community.

Community is ACE
I have been a part of this community for over a year. It’s just amazing how supportive, caring and encouraging it is. Not to mention the amazing coaching! This is all in the comfort of your own home.Who needs a gym?
Also, the nutrition section is the best in my opinion. No fuss, education is key and changes what you believed about eating / fuelling.
