Leave a Review Video Alarm
Most important thing about an alarm is actually making any sound.
I like this app and it’s great when it works, but… Had this alarm fail to go off twice, making me pretty late both mornings. I made sure my phone wasn’t on silent, plugged it in, clicked start alarm, and did not turn off the screen. The alarm even silently went off without playing my video. 🤦♂️ App developers, before you do anything else, please make the app work consistently, otherwise I’ll never be able to use it. I’m very forgetful in the morning so when I turn off the alarm I only choose ‘I’m awake’ and get on with my day. The alarm automatically sets the volume to its highest setting, which includes advertising. The next time I pick up my phone, it blasts the audio from a random ad, but this can be preventable if you close out of the application.Show lessAvvva177

5 star idea, 1 star functionality
The app doesn’t work. I have tried it 3 days in a row and it’s still not working. Turned off all notifications, etc. overnight so the app would be the only thing running on my phone - doesn’t work. Sounds like there was an update to the app that caused a bug.GJ outlaw
Waking up is actually a nice experience
I love this app, i’ve used it for 2 years now. My favorite thing is I can pick a music video the night before and wake up to it. I don’t dread my alarm or hit snooze anymore and it makes for nice background sound as i get ready for the day. Sometimes I’ll even put a music video in another language so i’m more motivated to wake up and read the captions so I can understand the lyrics. This app has really increased the quality of my days
My only thing is sometimes I wish it showed what time i set my alarm for along with how many hours i have left to sleep. Also recently, for some reason my alarm has not been working even though i place my phone face down. it seems to think i closed the app unfortunately. I hope this is fixed soon because no alarm app can replace this one.Show lessnataloo17
It’s ok
I really do like the app because I can play songs to wake me up, but I personally don’t like that the app constantly crashes and glitches, making my phone overheat. I also think that they should allow users of the app to be able to have the alarm set while also being able to do other things that aren’t in the app. I suggest that they should try emulating the alarm on iPhones because we can set the alarm and won’t have to airy about it not turning on because we are doing something else. Overall it’s pretty good, but it can always be improved upon. Also I think that the app should just be for waking up, but for any sort of alarms, like going to bed or as a personalized alarm of some sort. Plus they should add a stopwatch and timer for the app too!! If you cannot read this, it’s because my phone just glitched from the app and I’m typing but none of the letters are showing up, so sorry about that.Show lessM•a•r•a
A perfect alarm (before the new update)
Used the app for almost 365 nights since about August 2020 and the thing works great as it says it is supposed to.
Critically, the new update seems to cancel the alarm upon receiving any sort of notification from anything else and either the backup alarm, which is the generic iPhone alarm, or no alarm at all and kicks you out of the app. I’ve had this happen every night over the past two weeks since the update arrived, never had this happen in the last 20 months I’ve used this.
Until this is fixed, The app does not work unless you turn off all notifications (sounds,banners, etc) for every other app you have.Show lessHeyComeOn!
doesn't work anymore
i've been using this app for over a year, and it decides whether it wants to work or not on and off. but now it's just getting ridiculous. this app does not work anymore in the slightest. i've missed getting up for 2 days in a row because of this and while testing during the day i noticed that after about 10 minutes of turning it on it goes off of the alarm screen and either plays an ad for no reason, or just exits the app entirely. if this app actually functioned consistently it would be the best one out there, but i just can't deal with the inconsistency and now it's really brokenShow lessb0ssguy
Worst app ever
Alarms are the most important thing whether it be for work or for school or whatever. You have to have alarms. It was working great and then it just stopped. Two days the alarm just didn’t go off. I did everything I was supposed to do. Phone on. Volume all the way up. Alarm on. Made sure volume was up in alarm settings. Just doesn’t go off. So I gave it a run and set it but when the music started it turned down the volume all the way then the screen went black and I couldn’t lower the volume I don’t know if it was just me or idk but the app still seemed pretty good¥ourmom
