Please Help and Update!
Your lights are amazing - they're so well-built and fantastic. However, having to control your lighting system through this app is extremely frustrating. As a wedding videographer, I urge you to please update and improve this application, or create a remote control option for your lights. It's very frustrating to work with your lights, despite the amazing quality of your products.Show lessajfilms61
I was dismayed to see so many poor reviews
After buying a pair of Neewer lights for my studio I was dismayed to see so many poor reviews for the app which accompanies them. After all, who checks app reviews when buying a real-world set of lights!
However, I needn’t have worried. The app is well designed, intuitive and easy to use. It hugely simplifies the task of controlling two lights as a single unit. Far easier to use the app than fiddle with the control panels on the back of each light, which this app makes redundant.
I do hope Neewer can fix the problems experienced by those with older lights. But for those buying new equipment, this app is a must have. It does the job perfectly.Show lessSilhouettist
Works well with the TL97C Portable light
I recently purchased the above light unit and seeing the poor reviews for the app was disappointed however on installing it it has connected and works just fine.
I can totally see why people would be annoyed if compatibility issues arise with an older product and it is the big negative of these app based controls. I hope Neewer address these issues and maintain compatibility for existing products.Show lessBernard Quatermass
