The meditations + affirmations that are paid will help you ease the anxiety. You need to purchase the app in order to have a complete solution. The app is designed to help you understand a few things about planes, about statistics and whatsoever. Then you will have to use those meditations to explore the root cause of your anxiety. You can listen to these at home, in your comfort zone or even while flying. "WHY would they put this on an app meant to help ease flight anxiety?!" -> Because, in order to cure your anxiety, you will have to face the fears which trigger these reactions. If you acknowledge your fear & anxiety and can face it without letting it control your reactions, then you are on the way to cure it. Otherwise, you are just running away from your phobia of flying. Good luck with your anxiety! The only way to release it, is to face it. Not to pretend it's not there.

Shouldn’t have ads on a paid app

UPDATE: The problem was solved. All ads were removed. Would you mind changing your rating now, having in consideration that you will rate only the content. Thank you Thanks for your feedback. I have communicated with the developers and next week all the ads will be removed. Normally the ads are disabled for premium users. Hopefully you will change your review , because this is just a technicality and all that matters is the quality content created by well-known psychologist from US.

The meditations are also really nice because when I am busy, I can still find a way to relax my mind. During an actual flight I would recommend listening to the longer ones.
Its by far the most useful app for flight anxiety and the price of the in feature apps are totally worth it. You can tell it was made by people who care and most likely deal with the same issues a lot of us have - flight anxiety.
Meditations are great!
I am still not a fan of the statistical information. Developer I can assure you that telling me about 5 recent plane crashes where people survived but many were injured, some seriously and one died only served to elevate my anxiety about flying!
If support continues to be this responsive and new info and affirmations are added as they say to this app it is well worth purchasing for anyone like me who is scared of flying.
Support just sent me links to be able to download the meditations to my phone so I can listen off line. Thanks you are awesome !

First of all , thank you for your purchase and review. The tricky part with fear and anxiety is; you have to face it and not run from it. By providing you with those statistics, our goal is to expose you to the fear trigger in a safe environment. An important step in managing anxiety involves facing feared situations, in our case your fear of flying / fear of not being safe in-flight. It is normal to want to avoid the things you fear. However, avoidance prevents you from learning that the things you fear are not as dangerous as you think. Exposure involves gradually and repeatedly going into feared situations until you feel less anxious. Exposure is not dangerous and will not make the fear worse. And after a while, your anxiety will naturally lessen. I can totally relate to your feedback and my suggestion is to use those meditations, which you found very helpful, as often as possible. If you are a really busy person you can use the 8 minute meditation. After gaining some confidence with the 3 meditations we have , you should try the subliminal affirmations (8D version is designed for headphones). The affirmations are silent and hidden over 16 Khz and may seem inaudbile to you, but your subconscious mind can hear them. We understand that this anxiety is giving you a lot of trouble, as it does many people.
