Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t work. I can’t even get past the login page. I have had an account for years too. I agree with the other review, what is the point of the app if you can’t even use it.
Don’t waste your time with the app
Download it and could not even login. I thought it was my password or a misspell or something, but I could login online just fine. The app does not go past the login screen.
Won’t allow you to log in
I downloaded the app so I could add my MegaCon tickets to my Apple wallet.
Tried logging in 3 times. Had the correct email and password each time but it continued to tell me my login information was incorrect.
Waste of an app. Don’t bother downloading it.

Can’t log in
No matter what I do, I can’t seem to log in to the app to access my ticket purchases.
Authentication Failed
I tried to log in, but kept giving me this error. I was trying to access my Silicon Valley Comic Con tickets. Have no problem logging in to PC or laptop. It's useless then.

What’s the point in having these apps if you can’t log into them. I downloaded 1 of them a few years back for Comic Cons that I went too and it worked then. Just bought ticket and 2 photo ops for Celebrity Fan Fest in San Antonio and it will not let me log into the app.
Can’t sign in
I’ve had this account for over a year, and cannot use app to sign in. I have to go to my laptop. I wish organizations would stop using GrowTix. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Works great
I think reviewers are confused that this is the user app when it’s the event check in app for event planners. Works great for us year after year, event after event. To use, you need to be an event planner selling tickets through GrowTix
Can’t login and no way to reset
What a terrible app. No way this passed any kind of Quality Testing. I can’t login. The login page drops down so after entering my username and password, the submit button is unreachable unless I hit the data entry fields, which clears out the fields and I have to fill them in again. Then the screen has dropped down and I go through the whole loop again. If it allows me to hit the button, all I get is Authentication Failed.
I want to give this -5 stars but will settle for 1.
