App won’t load

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and at first everything was great. However the last few weeks every time i open the app it crashes. App doesn’t open. Unless.
App doesn’t not load and kicks you out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as the company says to do to resolve the problem. Still no avail. Really hope they get it figured out. Frustrating
