Hi There, It's not fair, without identifying the proper issue related to your personal device and flagging our entire app. From our end We are not experiencing any downtime, We are sorry to hear , you are bit disappointed, but can you please try clearing your favourite list , disable power saving option, are you aware you are using live streaming online radio app, you need internet and power to listen live radios through this app, please try clearing your favourite list, disable lower power mode for southradios, restart your phone, try playing any radios from our app , should work , if not we are happy to reward you. please share a mail to info@southradios.com once you apply those changes, please let us know, if you are happy with our service, please support us by offering more stars and rewriting your review it's your own wish you wish to continue with us or move to another app, but can you please try not to promote other apps through our review page, it's not fair. Hi There, We are sorry to hear, you are bit disappointed with ads, please understand, as we declared inside the app privacy policy segment, its a live streaming online radio app, all our exclusive radios are live out from our studio. in order to offer best quality audio we are using high end broadcasting consoles. We are relaying on ads to cover our operational cost such as internet, electricity , studio maintenance, etc also We have some happy news for you, we are in the process of launching our ad free service app, in the meantime please listen our services and support us. All our exclusive radios ads are limited , between stations less than 30 seconds, and once after every 15 minutes. Thank you

This issue is related to your mobile cache, network router , and power saving option. are you aware you are using live streaming online radio app? to acces live streaming content you will need to disable battery saving option / power saving option in your phone for Southradios app. Can you please Try Clearing your app favourite list Close the entire app , restart your phone - try after restarting or Delete your current app - restart your phone - after restarting carry out a fresh install. Or disable power saving option / disable lower power mode for Southradios app , still need further assistance please share a mail to info@southradios.com Thank you

Hi There, We are bit disappointed to see this kind of review from ononr of our happiest listener. As we mentioned in our privacy policy, Exclusive southradios stations are only belongs to us. We have listed over 500+ multilingual radios which is not owned or operated by us, these are belongs to 3rd party broadcasters or commercial & government broadcasters. It's not an app related issue , not fair flagging the entire app when the issue is related to few individual stations. This can be fixed through simple email by mentioning the station name.
