App no longer supports Wearables
The latest App version no longer supports Wearables such as the MT40 watch, even though the picture in the App Store clearly shows Wearables. I only now see options to connect to routers or earbuds. Is this intentional?Bobarin0

Will not connect to watch.
I purchased a TCL smartwatch and there is no option to connect it to my phone. I’ve restarted both, factory reset the watch, and there is no way to connect them. There is no way to add a device to the TCL app either. Only routers and headphones are listed on the app. I’ve tried everything that I can think of. This app is so poorly designed and I’m both frustrated and disappointed.Fiona App-le

App is janky
The steps in the app allowed me to connect the earbuds, but then the app doesn’t recognize the headphones are connected. This results in me not being able to control any of the settings for the headphone (pass through, noise canceling, changing what touches on the earbuds do, etc.), which results in the earbuds not working well. Please help!Z redhead88
