Don’t believe their customers.. insulting
Sent message to tech support, letting them know I bout twice the $0.99 twice and it didn’t give them to me. U would think I asked for refund of $1 million dollars or something. They ask for 2-3 different screenshots , the game I was playing at the time, show that they didn’t load, and a partridge in a pear tree you may as well say. I told them it was insulting to insinuate I’m lying over $2. Why would you rather lose more money trying to hold on to $2? Great game; cheats you out of money
I absolutely love this game but I can’t tell you how many times it has conveniently “glitched” and cheated me out of money. I have actually spent money to buy diamonds and here’s what happens. Sometimes it doesn’t add the diamonds I already have to the ones I just bought. Sometimes I win a round (after spending diamonds on extra moves) and it glitches out and doesn’t move off the game play screen. When I restart the app, I’m back in the same round. My favorite thing that just happened that caused this review is this:
I spent 210 diamonds on two rounds of extra moves. I needed one key on a hard level. I FINALLY only needed one move to win the game. When I made that move, the game randomly (and unwarranted) spawned a color ball right below the key. Because the key was in a singular column, there was absolutely no way to get rid of the ball! I tried to blow it up to no avail. I had 2 other spawned balls that I swapped with each other to clear the entire board and nothing. Talk about frustrating! Annoying. Overall, I really like this game. I’ve been playing it none stop the last few days and levels are always as easy as they seem. However I updated the game as there was a software bug update, now it takes a few minutes to even load then when I finally get to click ‘play’ it kicks me straight back out. All my other apps are fine and I’ve tried switching off and in my phone!Show lessPossible Improvements?

Where is my refund, I am really getting sick and tired of being ignored. People out there, DO NOT purchase anything in this game as you will not get it back if this game doesn’t work. I think it’s called stealing then again if this is how they make their money then they are nothing but thieves.blacklace40

Overall, this a great game and I do enjoy playing it. However, I do have a few concerns that may keep me from playing. There are quite a few glitches in the game.
1) It often freezes and I have to close the app and reopen it.
2) There have been quite a few times that, when exploding bombs, I get 2 pieces that overlap each other and stay that way until the round is done.
3) When activating the special color ball, I will get a constant “lightning bolt” from the place where I activated the ball to one of the random color pieces that I activated as the color to get rid of. That tends to be quite distracting.
4) Sometimes, there will be 2 or more of these things that happen in the same round and then I end up having to close the app and lose a life.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and update every time on is available. I really hope some of these bugs can be worked out since I really do enjoy the game!Show lesscburke1030

Really very good - you get so many lives that you can play almost constantly, and the different styles are great. Would be good if you could preview things before you had the money, so you could decide which item would be best to go for next. Also crashes a lot. I wish I could preview the options and be able to change my choice — I would like to see my choices before I commit to one, e.g., see curtain choices but switch to a chair to see what other options are available. Also i wish there were more basic choices and more options for pillows, throws etc. Otherwise I do like this game and ditto the other reviewers who said it’s nice to win enough coins to pick something. Some other games are ridiculous 🥴and you have to play three or 4 games to get a star or coins. Those games are too frustrating but this one moves faster and I like that. After a certain level (I believe after level 99)with this game I have found in order to win you must pay. They have competition design where you can win prizes. This latest I have been playing; collect red mitts while trying to complete the level. However, NO red mitts can be found until you finish the level. Then you might win some with any unexplored bombs ... IF some drop down. Floating lamps. The objective of the level is to get for example 25 floating lamps. You have 25 chances. It can be done if a floating lamp is knocked out each time you try except 25 lamps are NOT always released in the course of your 25 chances. If you are willing to spend jewels for the extra 5 chances you may be able to win that level. But many times because floating lamps are not released consecutively you may need more than 5 extra chances. So if you DON’T MIND throwing away money on games which appear are SET UP for player TO LOSE unless they PAY FOR EXTRA CHANCES to win the level. Than this game is for you. They can be completed without donation, but it may not work out on the first try. Nevertheless, we constantly rebalance certain levels, so there are no impassable levels in the game.Deleted

Fun but the glitches are annoying
I’m a huge fan on this game. I love all of the different projects & the diverse decoration options. I use this app 3-5 times a week & have progressed fairly well. My only complaint is the glitches! At time portions of the game & screen just freeze. Usually this results in me losing a life unnecessarily. I’ve also lost prizes (some of which I’ve paid for). I participated in every upgrade so I really would like to see these glitches fixed in the near future.Show lessDesirednce
