We are sorry for your experience. According to Apple's policy, you must cancel a subscription 24 hours before the end of the trial period. It's possible that you haven't canceled it before the time period. If you did, App Store would not have charged you for that. We can't help you in this regard. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we're sorry that our app couldn't meet your expectation. Some unwanted bugs were preventing users from using the VPN app properly. We've rolled out an update very recently & the issues have been fixed. Please update your app before trying to use it. Also, we offer a 3-days free trial period. If you don't cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the trial period, it will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
