Unfortunately the latest iOS-Version caused some problems with a lot of apps, ours as well. We were busy fixing things for some weeks and are now close to releasing an update, which will finally solve these issues. We will also soon bring out an update which will prevent a loss like this, since you will be able to manually backup your dates! However, if you already deleted the app, your entries will most likely no longer be restorable, as the data will have been deleted with it...

We hope so too! If you didn't already delete/reinstall the app, the data should still be saved on your phone. Unfortunately the latest iOS-Version caused huge issues for some of our users. With our newest update we managed to solve this problem and you should be able to restore those dates! We will release a second update regarding this issue shortly, with which you will be able to backup them manually as well, to prevent a loss like this in the future.

Lost All Data

As we already wrote you in the meantime by email, we are terribly sorry that you've lost access to those precious informations about your baby's teeth! As we're parents ourselves, we feel your pain. A bug in iOS itself caused data to disappear for some users, when they updated to the latest version of our app. We worked hard to find a solution and luckily the hidden data is still intact and can be recovered – this will be included in the upcoming update. To prevent such problems in the future, we’ll thoroughly test updates against a broader range of devices and versions. Also we'll include a feature for manual backups, coming with the update after the next one!

Hey Robby1015, thanks for your nice feedback and sorry for the delay! With our newest update, the way the dates are displayed is linked to the main settings of your phone - so it's no longer restricted to the european way. With our last update, about a month ago, we already added the possibility to switch the perspective from parents‘ to babys‘, as you propably already discovered. We hope you like it!
