Customer service is horrible
This app used to be great. Very simple and easy to use. I could reactivate and deactivate my subscription at just a click of a button. Now when you want to deactivate your subscription you have to call them or live chat with them. The response time with them is very slow as you message them and you sit is wait for a response. Once they do respond and you reply, you’re sitting there without a response for 5-10 minutes as they are helping other customers at the same time as you. Very frustrating.

Great Customer Service
I’ve had a Tracki for about a year now and it has been a very positive experience. The battery lasts for days (even on the one minute updates) and the customer service is excellent. They’re very responsive, respectful, and transparent. I’ve never been overcharged for anything or had any type of payment issue. I definitely recommend!

Location is often inaccurate
Happened a few times- just bought in August 2024, it is now November. When you go ti ‘report a problem’, fill out the issue, disallow as he submit tab doesn’t work.
Showing a weird location where vehicle was not there at all. Monthly subscription is $20USD, far too expensive for something unreliable.
I am considering a refund, money back on monthly fees. Not happy at all.

Best tracker
I was married for four years and my ex-wife started spending a lot of time with her 'best friends from childhood' whom I had never met or heard of before. One time, I woke up and asked to see her phone to check the time. She handed it to me and grabbed it from me almost immediately. It was weird because it had never happened before. Excellent Tool
I use Tracki to locate the whereabouts of my autistic, non-verbal grandson. He travels each weekday on a school van, which picks him up in the morning and transports him & possibly others to his day center. Initially, we saw a need to determine what time the van dropped him off and what time he left for home, so we could prepare for his return. The Tracki gives us excellent representation of where he is, pretty much within 50 feet or so. There are some areas where the satellite reception is pretty non-existent, but we’ve learned to allow for these. We like it. We are also pleased with frequent software updates which have made the Tracki noticeably better. Good show.

Disappointing Experience with GPS Trackie and Poor Customer Service
I purchased a GPS Trackie with a two-year subscription last year. However, I soon discovered it wasn't suitable for me due to inaccurate time and location tracking, and unclear instructions.
After four months, I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund of $336CAD. They promptly replied, confirming cancellation and refund to my original payment method.
Unfortunately, I never received the refund. Despite multiple follow-up emails, customer service continued to apologize and promise refunds without action. Six months later, they claimed PayPal restrictions prevented the refund.
I'm frustrated and disappointed by GPS Trackie's dishonest customer service. They wasted my time, failing to provide a valid reason for the refund delay. It seems they intentionally delayed until the six-month mark to use PayPal restrictions as an excuse.
I'm sharing my experience to warn others about this company's deceitful practices and subpar customer service. Buyer beware!

Accuracy issue…
I’ve been using this tracker for a few months now. I use it to track one of my vehicles. Sometimes, I am unable to track it in REAL-TIME. It is slow to “wake up” and detect motion. It does NOT track all stops and starts. It does not keep an accurate history of locations, mostly the first and final stop… No “short” interval stops in the middle of a trip, like a stop at a store on the way home. You have to be actively tracking to know when it makes stops.
