Unusable for filling online reports
When your crisis matters but can't get an officer to respond you will most likely be told to file online. Can't do so when trying on multi-occasions. Gives to the idea of protect & serve applies to those within the thread of their blue line awareness. In most real life crisises adding another hoop for we the people to comply with if we have the time & means to navigate thru then beyond it. Solidifies the disconnect between the law enforcement community & those in the community they swore to sometimes protect.
