Not able to access cards

Ive gone and paid for no ads but i am unable to access to octonaut cards. It ends up moving the submarine for some reason

Waste of money

This app has no sound on my iPad and when I paid to unlock the further features it did not unlock them. I also re-started the iPad and re-installed the app. but it had no effect. This app. seems to be a complete waste of money.

Adult ads served in children’s content!

Within the first 30 seconds of my 3 year old opening this app he got served a highly inappropriate adult add: “meet nice ladies”. I didn’t click on it but by the looks of the URL he would have seen dubious content. So slack. :(

Hello, We work very hard to avoid this ads in our apps. Unfortunately, some ad networks are not doing a good job when filtering the ads in some countries. We want to apologize for the content of the ads. We have disabled most of the ad networks to be sure the app is safe now.

No advertising oversight.

My son loves the coloring part of this app, but then all these casino ads started popping up. This is a kids game. There shouldn’t be ads for casino apps.

Glitches.

My 7 year old son loves Octonauts and he was so excited about this game. But sadly it glitches every time he plays it. If you fix the bugs I will be a great kids game, but for now we are deleting it.

Unlock???

I want to unlock the game for my son and pay for it, but when I type the codes in it just goes back to the same screen! Frustrating when your 3 year old is upset because we can’t get it to work.

Unlocking?

Same comment as other reviewer - my son enjoys it but we can’t seem to unlock full content, I input parental controls and it takes me back to the same screen with no option to purchase.

Keeps crashing and can’t buy full content

I understand that apps sometimes crash. Bugs have to be worked out. But my son can’t access the treasure chest and every time we try it crashes. Then we’ve reached a level that is locked and seems like it needs to be bought. I’ve typed in the numbers for the Store and it takes me back to the same page. That things are locked and need no-ad unlocked. But yet it won’t let me unlock it. This is very frustrating for both myself and my son who is on the autism spectrum and doesn’t quite understand that it’s not working. I’ve tried emailing to ask about it and how to go about getting the full content. It’s been a few weeks and still no reply. I tried to click the app support in the App Store and it takes me to a broken webpage. Please fix these issues. Other than that my son loves the app but wishes to access everything. Thanks.
