Usually broken and only takes cash
App is down as much as it works. And forget about service. I have called and called and emailed and emailed to inquire about wash club and when it would work again. I remained a customer for three years. Three years too long. My fault. I had hope since it was 6 blocks from home. They ALWAYS bill your card on time, but that’s about it. Contacting my bank to stop the recurring charges.The worst app
App is pathetic. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But they ALWAYS want their money. Seldom works on the day of the month the credit card charge renews. Brush wash works most of the time, but brushless seldom works with App but ALAWAYS works with cash. Funny how if you give the money in advance they don’t care if it works or not, but make sure it always works if you pay at time if service.
Don’t bother trying to call or email the contact in the email, they tell you that number and email is only for the other location. Making it practically impossible to reach someone when it doesn’t go right.
Plus for the last few weeks there now appears that there is a homeless person blocking one of the wash bays and appears to be living there.
