The application is launched in Arabic and English to provide the IPA employees with the following information and services: 1. Self-Service capacity to get: a. Pay slip b. Personal data c. Vacation request d. Leave cancellation request e. Leave amendment request f. Leave extension request g. Leave curtailment request h. Cross-departmental transfer request i. Cross branch transfer request j. Business card request k. Scholarship confirmation request l. Boarding procedures processing request m. Termination request n. Letter of identification request o. Book loan request p. Book loan extension request q. Book loan modification request r. Book loan termination request s. Book loan cancellation request t. Scholarship decision request u. Scholarship decision amendment request v. Scholarship extension request w. Scholarship termination decision request x. Scholarship cancellation decision request y. Employment data report z. Vacation data report aa. Vacation decision report bb. Letter of identification report in Arabic cc. Letter of identification report in English 2. Review employee’s weekly schedule for specific year or specific semester. 3. Submit maintenance requests including PC maintenance for the various branches of the IPA. 4. Review the loaned and renewed books and propose new titles for the library. 5. Keep updated with IPA latest news and events. 6. Provide contact information with various branches of the IPA. 7. Follow-up on the IPA vacancies and apply for them. 8. Review the details of employee's assignments. 9. Provide telephone directory services to facilitate their search for contact information of IPA employees. - The target audience is IPA's Employees. - Accounts are created for the users from an external system and shared with them, this app only supports logging in and not registration. - This app is meant for internal distribution. - This app will mostly be used in Saudi Arabia. - This app will be shared to IPA's Employees.
