  • Super fun but....

This game is great very addicting but I wish that the 4 hour waits would go away and you guys could replace it with something else because it is so annoying and I want to keep playing. Also could you guys please make events pop up more commonly that help you get your name out there more so better schools give you offers. It also is unfair how you have to be atleast like age 28 in college to even be good enough to even get into the league which is also unrealistic. I also wanna add if I can view my career stats to see what I averaged throughout the seasons which I can’t find them if they are already in the game. I just wish that it was more like real life and you did 4 years and you could go to the league or overseas instead of college or whatever. But all in all this game is super fun and I hope you guys adjust the things that I have talked about thank you.

  • Fun game with many minor flaws

I absolutely love games of this type and have had a lot of fun these first couple seasons. My main issue is not being able to track stats very well with per game averages, as well as the apparent lack of fg, and fg%. Also, while I do like that there are so many ratings, it makes it incredibly difficult to determine the influence of individual ratings on your performance. But overall it is still a very fun game with not too many like it.

  • Good game

Not bad wouldn’t mind having overseas leagues as well
  • Recommended

This game and all the other games the creators have made are pretty good. One thing is though is that I wish they had real players for the NBA league, I don’t want to see Nicholas Rogers winning MVP, I want to see Lebron, or Giannis. Other than that a very good game.
  • Great game

This game is super fun to play and I recommend to anyone, even if they play basketball or not.
  • Not too shabby

Pretty good simulator. Minor oddity in that my point guard gets way more rebounds than assists, even though I barely add to the rebound skill and add to whatever I can that I think should contribute to attaining assists. Think about 10-11 rebound skill and 30 passing, 28 dribble, 25 aware, mid to upper 20s in everything else handle and pass related.

Game stats come out like: 9 reb, 2 asst, 22 pts. Sometimes 4 reb, 4 asst, 19 pts. But more often my point guard out rebounds everyone else on the team by a wide margin, regularly and gets out-assisted by others on the team, usually the center of all things. Only in the second season and it's generally been this way on both teams character has played for. Maybe it normalizes at some point further out? Idk.

Aside from that, only other thing I can think of to improve the game would be to add season and career stats. If they're already in here somewhere I can't find them.

Anyway, despite those quibbles, I generally find the game to be fairly fun and compelling. Worth a try if you're into the concept.

  • Good... could be Great.

Taking control of your player from 18 and navigating him through college to the pros is amazing. Choosing the stats you want to improve and make the player how you want. It’s great to see the performance from game to game.

However, why can’t I see the conference stats for all players? The data is already there from the games. Can’t we just have a screen to see how we compare to other players in our conference ?

I love seeing the points, rebounds and assist, but why can’t we have the other stat line? We can improve blocking, stealing and everything else but no stats for in game ?

Choosing which college I go to is fun. Players should get paid and it makes sense so you can improve your player. But you are telling me I can’t make a D1 until I’m 24?

The age of your character in the game and how you progress do not match up. I should be going into the NBA at 25.
So if I don’t get to a D1 until I’m 24 then how the heck does that make sense?

The game is really great for the stat geeks and the rpg. It’s just missing these other details that round out good games and make them great games that you can’t put down.

    Keep it up!

  • Was Fun...

It’s a fun and interesting game, I’m definitely gonna play out my players career and then pay the simple .99 to turn back the time with same attributes so I can make him the best player in the pro league
    (Update)
It seemed cool at first but after a few hours I soon realized you would actually need to pay to make your character any good and so I decided to and now my character is rated 99 in almost everything and is rated 97 overall yet Is wildly inconsistent and rarely scores more than 20 points plus the same teams are really good in the pro league (warriors, Celtics, etc.) and are basically unbeatable plus there is no way to help your team win overall I’m disappointed and wish there was more realism to my stats and the way the games play out

  • Smoothly Addictive

I’ve played most of Lazy Boy Dev’s superstar games, and I was so pleased to see a basketball version. Just as the games of the other sports play, this game runs smooth, you can whiz through the seasons and upgrade your character effortlessly. I had no hesitation unlocking the full game as I know how difficult it is to put these games down.

  • There's potential but needs a lot of work

I'm almost done with my first character and I'm a 36 year old still playing college basketball. I transfer schools every year or two so I guess that keeps me from graduating but I think the NCAA would still frown on this. Also they're paying me. But not enough to afford to improve my skills enough to get to the NBA. I get the feeling that the game REALLY wants me to spend real money to get cash or reset my age to 18 so it bends over backwards to break the gameplay. Some parts are fun but it is so unrealistic as a basketball simulation that it's ruined. Get rid of the fake college leagues or make them actually college, make improving your character without spending real money possible, give better stats in games and make them correspond to your skills, and this could be a lot better
