I cannot register my iPhone app / telephone and therefore the lock is rendered useless.
To use the lock, the app must work. For the app to work, one must register their telephone number. To register the app and telephone, an authorisation code (which they send) must be entered. Here is where the problem starts.
The app shows a momentary “success” banner indicating an auth code was sent. However, there is no indication where it goes. I cannot access the code! I’m guessing a text was to be sent to the telephone number (that is all the info they have from me). However, there is nothing in my text app or the locksmith app.
Is it because my telephone is in the USA?
