EXPENSIVE
I cancelled before 1st week was up. Tricks you into buying longer subscriptions. First faxes were supposed to be free but got tricked into buying one for a week at 8.99 whew. My mistake, but asks me every time if I want an annual one and makes it look like I can’t send a fax unless I agree - very tiny continue button. At least my one week mistake warned me and I didn’t fall for the annual one. Does not send a confirmation email so no idea if fax was received/sent - not good. One fax is still “processing” days later. Most unsatisfactory app I’ve ever had. Will be looking for a new one - not just because of poor quality and expense, but because I feel strongly that I do not want to support any app with such deceptive practices. Cheaper to buy a fax machine.

App won’t open
It worked well for a few weeks and now no longer opens!
Terrible
It allowed me to send to faxes after I paid for full year and now screen goes blank and back to home page when I try to open it. Emailed company and have heard nothing. Do not purchase
Not helpful
This app did not work. I paid for a week worth of faxing and none of the faxes went through but it would say “sent” then in the history log it would say “failed” or “processing”. One has been processing for 4 days. It doesn’t work.
No proper status shown
I’m not really sure if the fax sent or not. I can see it is sitting in the sent items but there is no information or summary to see showing successful delivery status or number of pages sent. It hasn’t given me much confidence. Could be better for the price.
sends fax in seconds
good one. after 50+ sent faxes - no problems of glitches at all. My choice!
Terrible
The scanner takes forever to send documents. Several times it will scan and then delete all scanned pages, causing you to start over. Ridiculous to pay for something. I will be canceling.
fast sending
Literally, it send fax in a 2 seconds or less. Like it so much.
needs improvements
it is hard to send docs with over 30 pages using this app. But this problem appears only with large docs, please, make all neccessary changes asap
