iOS developers are underpaid

Developers have done a great job at building this application. However, The company seems to not cherish this moment and pay the developers accordingly. Is it right developers?

Beware!

I downloaded the app and paid for a one-month subscription. The payment was posted to my US credit card immediately. When I went back in 2 days later, I was asked to pay for a subscription. When I contacted customer support (through What’s App), I was told that they had no record of the payment and asked me to provide transaction details. At a minimum, they have internal controls problems. I am too scared about fraud to provide anything further to them.

The app keeps crashing

I have not been able to use the app in spite of subscribing to premium service. It keeps crashing.

Donate the cost of a year subscription

I bought a year subscription so the app wouldn’t recognise it nor provide content. Complete waste of money
