Not able to attach pdfs as documents

Hi,
I am not able to attach pdfs as the documents and attached photos are getting cropped due to the app behaviour.

Kindly fix this issue.

App Stuck on Welcome Page

App is not working and stuck on Welcome Page since last one month.

Fake network error on submitting complaint

App throws fake network unavailable error when submitting outage complaint, although the internet is working fine. Tested on two separate occasions. Seems rigged from server or in-app code to disallow complaint registration when suits the company.

POOR APP

Used to submit my bills of my Pakistan home from USA. Now this app is saying my IP is suspicious and it’s not letting me logging in. They only take money from the customers, increase the fee/unit every now and then and just doesn’t care about customer services.

Unable to login

Keeps asking for the captcha code and nothing happens. Just fix it … it’s not so difficult.

Complain does not register

Poorly managed app. Doesn't allow to register the complaint. Experienced number of times once electricity fails and the app gives network error when you try to register the complaint.

Useless

This app is utterly useless. Doesnt work, crashes, logs out profile automatically, and doesnt file a complain if we’re complaining about supply off.

App Feedback

This is the most pathetic app I have ever used for customer services and support. When I open the app for complaints against supply off , it doesn’t take the complain and give error of network problems. So they designed the app in such a manner that when supply is shut down in your area you will try to complain for anything in the app it will show you internet connectivity error. Secondly, you can’t take screenshots of that error, so that nobody would never known to those self designed errors.

Like company like App

It signs me out and now sign in button doesn’t work at all, nothing happens, if you don't want us to sign in and use the app then please take it off from app store.

Poorly Engineered- Filled with bugs

This app doesn’t serves the purpose.
Its filled with bugs. While re opening an issue it always throws error ‘server is busy’.
Customer onboarding is painful as it requires screenshot of bill as if OTP verification was not enough.
Doesn’t have any push notification when complaint status changes or any other update to registered account. You will have to keep refreshing the app to see changes.
Zero effort was put into UI and user experience of this app.
