Keeps crashing!
I wish I could say I am enjoying playing this game again, but alas it’s far from the truth. The game play is far from smooth, rather it’s very erratic and jumpy. It freezes every so often too, and has just crashed on me for the third time!
When I played it before it played far far better than this. As far as I can see I have three options. One, carry on playing the way it is now, two deleted and re download in the hopes things will improve or three simply delete the game and forget about it altogether. Well, seeing as carrying on playing the way things are would be a waste of time and get me nowhere, I’ll try number two see if that helps. If not….Show lessClever Chaser

I used to enjoy playing this game but it has become increasingly annoying after the drastic new changes that the developers have decided to make in this game. The rifts are frustrating as you can’t make enough yellow energy to complete them. You can make hundreds of blue energy but you can’t use it as the maps are closed. The challenges require you to get resources such as shard, wood etc, but where are you going to get them from as all the islands are closed?
There are huge imbalances in this game no, and the developers need to look at how frustrating this game as become for players!
The rewards for the team challenges are also unbelievably reduced now to the point that it’s not even worth completing them as there’s no incentive.
I personally think that the changes to this game have been too drastic and left a bitterness for regular players that used to enjoy playing this game.Show lessSmileybutterfly90210

I have never reviewed a game before but I have to let the world know what a fantastic game this is. I’m well into my 60s and this game has improved my memory and patience. It’s your choice whether to spend real money and you decide your own pace. I love the all the side line adventures and the graphics are fantastic. My family said I’d get bored with this game … well moths later I’m still playing and absolutely loving it. A big thanks to the developers for this wonderful addictive fun gameShow lessmrs k jamieson

This game is beyond well done. It’s high quality, thought out and meticulous even in the extreme minor points. However, there is a large draw back in gameplay, ENERGY. It is consumed very quickly and requires time, items or money to replenish. I do not pay for micro transactions. I’ll pay for a subscription, but that’s it.
With that said the game gives you lots of fun extra zones constantly, but to enjoy these extra zones you need a lot of energy and quick, the zones are available for a very short time and they have HUGE quest chains. Between production for orders, gathering resources and other tasks, you quickly find yourself with zero energy, it’s slow to regenerate and before you know it the extra fun zones are shut down with a small reward in your inventory.
There are a LOT of currencies in the game, but without ENERGY you can only gather crops or produce items in factories. I’d love the devs to rethink energy, adding a subscription with guaranteed energy or modifying the regeneration rate.Show lessGreen Egg Theory

Absolutely love the game, but it takes me about 30 seconds to use up all my energy. Not getting anywhere. The cost of chopping trees or other consumables are too high. It is very frustrating to play.Ulunder

I am sorry to say the above but all the recent changes force players to spend more and more real money to play as an individual or in a team. I am on a great team but we all agree. I cannot begin to see how a new player would ever begin to figure out how to play and make any progress unless they spent a lot of real money.
Again I hate writing a bad review but I just had to warn others that as a long time player think twice before playing.
Dealing with Support Help their replies usually say take a video or a screen shot to show them - well I wouldn't be going to support for help if I didn't have a problem which usually happens after the fact so it is difficult to give them a video or screen shot.
In their responses the do not or cannot send the player asking for help a screen shot or video so why do they ask the player to send video or screen shot?
Rewards with the new changes are almost useless keep giving out the sane things nothing that will advance play much less speed it up.
Items that you need to collect do not always give the same amount when turned in to complete a task it seems to depend d in which map or place you are when you use it to complete a task-

The graphics are great and the storyline is really fun, but I get through my energy in about 1 minute, and there’s limited opportunity to acquire more. I’ve been using the sweet shop to use up all my fruits to gain energy but the supply is finite. Quite frustrating. Downloaded it yesterday but it probably won’t last long for me since it’s clear they really want people to spend real money to play.Show lessBonniiieee

Fun game, the only downside is the energy runs out super fast therefore it limits my ability to do tasks so theres not much I can do until the energy restores. I would highly recommend changing this please! :)Jxnkxyla11
