  • Extremely disappointing

    One of the main gatekeeper feature like scan PR card to register doesn’t work, no matter what.

  • I have spent 2 years for the registration but still haven’t completed yet.

    I have spent 2 years on the registration but still haven't completed it yet. When I tried to register, it failed at a different step every time.

  • Frustrating!

    As many others have mentioned, registration is incredibly difficult due to scanning my document. After about an hour I got lucky and it finally scanned. Excitedly, I opened the app only to find that the text continues down the screen without the ability to scroll down and read it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is infuriating.

    Hi Ashton, submitting a request for registration help is now an automatic flow inside the app after a few seconds of scanning. 😄 Apple has solutions for those with small screens here: support.apple.com/en-ca/102453 and fine control for apps here: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/iphone/iph3c076905a/ios#iph5fd2c82f8.   • I am unable to scan back of my PR card. (Device- Iphone 11 pro)

    Please help I am unable to scan the back of my pr card. The camera quality on the app gets low, while just the camera outside of app is giving great picture quality. Please fix this issue, and help me register. It would be easy to just upload a picture I guess. I’ll change to 5 stars once I get my problem fixed. Thank you

  • Don’t border to install it - it doesn’t work

    You won’t pass a registration. Scanning simply doesn’t work. No matter what phone you are using or camera… Don’t border to write to tech support – they are useless and can’t fix this embedded “feature”.

  • Useless app

    For over 6months now, i have been trying to register. The app doesn’t scan the certificate hence you will never become a member. Such a scam!
  • The very definition of Bad design

    I have tried to scan my PR card a thousand times but it never scans the details, I don’t understand why the designers don’t allow you to enter the details manually. Even if it’s just a not for profit app, why wasn’t user experience ever taken into consideration.
    Extremely frustrating experience.
