  • Lack of Communication and Unresolved Issues

    I’ve been trying to resolve a serious issue with my account at BE Fit Studio, but unfortunately, my concerns have been ignored.

    It’s frustrating to be ignored when all I’m seeking is clarity and a resolution. Cannot recommend taking any classes here due to management.

  • It Needs work

    I like how simple and easy it is to use the app, but one thing I wish I could see was the full names of the locations.I live near two that I can’t see unless I click on one and refresh the screen. Also, it doesn’t update the location when I click on a different one. I had to delete the app and reload it for it to bring up the right one. Other than that I was able to select my class easily.

  • Book classes through the web

    This app is horrible. Save your time and log in through the web browser. The app won’t let you update your password and can’t login because you need a mindbody account. It’s unusable
