Can’t stop playing
I love playing Arkfront. The gameplay is fun - yet challenging - and very rewarding. I always play in my free time
Beautiful new-gen galaga-like with lots of action
ARKFRONT starts with a brief but good tutorial and then has you blasting asteroids and aliens while protecting the ARK.
I have not experienced any of the issues mentioned by others and I am on an older iPhone. It seems like the devs put a lot of love and time into making the experience as enjoyable and reliable as possible.
What excites me is that it sounds like they have plans to add much much more to the game!
If you like beautiful space shooters, try out ARKFRONT, it's totally worth the time.

Not fun
Not really an arcade shooter. Both you and the enemies are bullet sponges with the only real test of reflexes coming from dodging enemies that fly out at you from the sides. Again, not fun. The game also has a weird RPG XP point system that carries over from game to game that can provide you with gameplay bonuses but you can't reset this accumulation and just start over without any XP points. This leads to a strange gameplay experience where it's not quite an arcade shooter and it's not a very good RPG. I don't know what this game is trying to be, but not allowing me to reset my progress and erase any accumulated XP is really the last straw for me. I will be deleting this from my phone to look for an authentic arcade shoot 'em up experience.

Hi! Sorry you’re disappointed with ARKFRONT. The game is still under development and RPG elements are being added over time. Eventually the world of ARKFRONT will be a living, breathing universe full of interesting and diverse characters. I’ll try out a few tweaks to enemy balance. A delete all progress button is a good idea, though. Thanks!
Hmmmm
I’m still getting the frozen title screen issue after updating. I’ve tried numerous times and every time I reinstall the game, it plays fine the first time, but close the game once (MAYBE twice if I’m really lucky), and the next time I try to load it up, it’ll get stuck downloading files at the opening title screen.

Sorry to hear you’re having technical trouble. The server download process is being removed in the next update so that won’t be able to happen.
Fun game exhausting tutorial
Fun game exhausting tutorial though. Much too long and in depth for such basic gameplay.
Game unplayable
Several errors that force quit when trying to do anything in the hangar. Cannot equip a special without error. Regret spending money on this.

Hi! Sorry for the poor experience. Arkfront will be receiving an update on Monday which resolves these crashes.
Surprisingly Good
This game caught me by surprise. It’s really we’ll designed and the gameplay is a lot of fun. Simple one handed controls and very reminiscent of old school games of arcade days. Usually similar games are clunky so this is refreshing. Its also not challenging in terms of level difficulty. It’s nice that the game is not filled with in app purchases and the privacy policy is also clean

Everything about this game is top notch. A must-own.
stuck in file loading- but is now fixed
This game is fun- I want to keep playing- problem is, every time i minimize the game then come back, the game gets stuck in its opening down load of files sequence.
Only solution so far is to start over. I would like to experience higher levels of this game- Ground Hogs Arc Day for me until something gets fixed.

Hi! Sorry about that. You’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the game. Since the newest update added iCloud save syncing, there’s a merge conflict with older save files. Sorry for the inconvenience.
