Completely unreliable.
Every time I use the app, there is always an issue with the streams that require me to close the app, and sometimes the app requires me to sign in again. I will put in my login info and press enter, only to find myself at the exact same sign in page. So I put the info in again, press go, and instead of being able to access the streams that I am paying for, I am at the same sign in window for the third time. This service needs to do better.

Authentication/token problems, so stressful to sign in.

Update this app
You shouldn’t have to go to the .ca in order to reset a password and update a subscription. This app for 3 years now has not progressed. Always thinking and thinking until you can finally get on

Lack of updates
Just like the Centre Circle app, this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years in spite of the developers comments in the version history claiming they “work daily” and update “continuously “. The last update and commeent was 2 years ago. Ss such it doesn’t reflect the current stae of the CPL it supposedly represents.

Awful company! Make sure u have a cancellation email!
We signed up on a month to month subscription. We quickly found an issue with logging in, we were able to sign in, we sent an email to customer service and NEVER got a response. The issue ended up resolving on its own so we kept it for a little longer but decided to cancel the subscription since we found the app/service to be awful. I followed all of the prompts directly from their website to cancel the subscription, it showed as being cancelled on the website itself but we NEVER received an email confirmation that it was cancelled, we trusted that their website showed our account as being cancelled. Months went on & we found a small charge on our credit card only to find out that the subscription was still charging us every month. In all these months we NEVER even received a notification email of a subscription renewal like every other streaming service sends out for month to month customers. I quickly went and cancelled the account AGAIN following the same steps as before. I still did not receive an email confirmation of it being cancelled. I contacted customer service explaining the situation. They responded back that they can confirm that my subscription is now cancelled & that they see the charges as being valid since I cannot provide proof of it being cancelled the first time. How can I show proof when even NOW with the SECOND cancellation their system/company STILL HAS NOT sent me an official cancellation email/notification, all I have the email from the agent and I wouldn’t have that if he didn’t personally write it out and send it to me. It makes no sense, I’ve been robbed of over $100+ from this company.

Post games faster for replay
I love that I can watch CMNT team games on one soccer. I wish that OneSoccer would post the games faster for replay. If you can’t watch live. It is too long to wait for the game to be posted. The live replay can’t be rewound
Missing Picture in Picture and background play
Only thing missing is Picture in Picture and the ability to cast to my tv and continue using my phone. Sadly if I cast to the tv, I can’t use my phone nor turn the display off without it stopping casting.
