Great device and app
This is app has some area if improvements but I find it more useful than the muse
I love Flowtime
I am just now getting into seeing the value that Flowtime adds to my life. It’s a true gift to me. Thank you for the help. I need Flowtime in my life because I’m feeling and acting and behaving more like myself. There are benefits besides all that Flowtime was designed to provide. It’s more than I had hoped for and it is working.

I can’t get the report after the meditation
I was communicating with support. They sent me links to videos of how to get the report w graphs after a meditation. I did this and still no reports. I sent screen shots back to support and now crickets. Nothing. No one is getting back to me. The only way for me to see data is while I’m meditating. Not helpful at all. For the love of god, please reply to me so I don’t have to return this thing.

Great verification for meditation practice
The Flowtime device and app give you a variety of metrics which correlate with your inner states in meditation. Immediately following a session, right in the app, you can see charts of your heartrate, HRV, breath coherence, and brainwaves. This helps you see how the inner states you experience in meditation affect your body and brain. A great tool to support and refine your practice. I’ve recorded hundreds of sessions and find it easy to use and reliable.

Tracking personal data
Hi,
Before I buy I’m reading the reviews and making my research. Some of the information that I found shocked me and stopped me to purchase the device.
1 - Application needs Internet connection if there is an internet connection data-logging is interrupted. This is inacceptable application should work without Internet! If you try to send data to your server this is not allowed.
2 - GPS location is required? I don’t think a personal brain wave detection device required GPS location. This should be removed from the application.
So final thoughts before I buy this device I should be insured that this trackings should be removed from the application. According to your answer and confirming that this tracking is no longer inside of the application I’m going to change my review rating. Regards

Lost all my data!
I’d started to use the app for several weeks. All was well until it lost all my data! It’d logged me out and I had to re-input my name, gender & DOB like creating another new identity. And all my previous data was lost. I logged a few more sessions, and then the app lost my data again!
Good for must users
This is a great little piece of tech and would be good if there were more ways to explore the data (on a Mac or PC). Yes, you can export it… but having a native app on the machine would improve the user experience.
Great potential - better than muse 2
Developers : can you please have an option that provides pink noise with volume intensity based on alpha evoked potential increases / decreases and provides “gong” sound when alpha is dominate above other states .. and keeps the gongs periodically coming as long ad alpha remains the dominate state.
- Please use sound feedback during mediation sessions so if we want to train for alpha or gamma we know when we are getting there or sustaining it.

Horrible app
You are forced to do their meditations if you want to look at any data. What a stupid concept. I have my own meditations that I like to do and this app makes it essentially worthless. What a joke. I want to see my brainwaves during my own meditations.
Buggy Interface
The app keeps returning to a screen asking for your information (gender, age...). Even after you fill it out multiple times it keeps returning to it. I even updated to a new version released this week but still loops to that screen. You can’t exit it and it expects you to keep filling it out again and again.. The only solution is to kill the app and restart. Then use it quickly before it drops you back into that screen.
