Not unlocking
I brought this game on March 21 2024 every time I stop playing it’s asking e to repurchase or unlock purchases. It not keeping my status updated. I want to delete the app but I don’t want to lose my money

Doesn’t save progress
Bought all the puzzles but it doesn’t save your progress, meaning every time I open the app I have to redo the tutorial and restore purchases. I don’t feel like this is what I paid for and feel completely scammed, which is such a shame because I’ve been looking for a game like this for so long!

J’ai acheté un kit de ce jeu à 9.99$ tellement j’adore ce jeu . Tout allait bien mais j’ai tout perdu il y a quelques jours et je ne suis pas capable de récupérer tout ce que j’ai fait et c’est comme si je n’avais pas payé.......que faut-il faire? Y a-t-il une mise à jour ?
Lost my money
I liked this and it challenged me, so I paid the $7 to unlock the puzzles. It took several days for the puzzles to unlock, but they finally did. This week I opened the app and ally my progress was gone and and it was trying to get me to purchase the puzzle unlock again? I can’t find a way to contact support. Very frustrating and I feel ripped off. Otherwise the game was fun and challenging.

Waste of money
I love this puzzle but every time I go back in it has reset itself, not much fun going over and over the same puzzles time after time.
Simple mosaics
I would have given the game 5 stars because I really enjoy this game, but it resets every time it closes. I had been playing the game for a couple weeks and all of a sudden every time I open the game it has reset and starts over from the beginning. I guess I’m just going to give it up.
Keeps starting from the beginning
I’ve this game restart and lose all progress three times now! What a disappointment. As of the next day. Four times!

Bonjour, j’ai acheté le jeu et depuis 2 jours, quand j’ouvre l’application, j’ai tout perdu mes niveaux complétés et je dois restaurer mon achat!
