The app itself is great and our daughter absolutely loves it! Def recommend it!! We would buy the individual games and use them as a treat every now and then. However, all of a sudden, it is no longer possible to purchase the individual games and you have to buy the subscription instead. We don’t mind paying the subscription at all, in fact, it’s a great app and in order to be able to access all the games we’d happily pay the fee. However, we have already purchased 16 of the individual games and it seems a bit unfair that we will now be charged twice (having payed to 16 games and also now having to pay the subscription). We’d like someone to contact us to issue us a refund and to charge us the annual subscription fee instead. Thank you!
