Multiple charges for the same thing
I have purchased the 'Premium Lifetime' subscription within this app multiple times. Reason being is every time that I open it to use it, it won’t let me use the app to its fullest extent. There’s no 'Restore Purchase' option. The app reads such from within, but it’s not a link to anything. I’ve now been charged at LEAST four times from within this very app.Show lessET9212
Cannot Pull Videos Out Once in
You cannot pull videos out to the phone once they are stored in there. You have to air drop them to another device. That’s a terrible feature! You can even pull them out! Also it doesn’t even pop up the calculator until your in the app and you have to find it! At least have the calculator as the front screen when opening, use it for the password and an actual calculator! I want my money back.Show lessBaseballer7
Disappointed
Only option to use to Forward a video is AirDrop. Photos can be shared straight from the app using different options, but videos do not have different options. Very disappointed because I paid for the Premium package. I have yet to receive any message back from support on this issue. Do NOT use this app if you have precious videos that you want to keep. Would be better if the opening was more secret like if there was a calculator but a secret button brings up the unlock screen because without it it shows I have something to hideIRMeLuigi

No Support, No way to transfer between devices
I paid for the premium version of the app after quickly reaching the file size limit on the free version after uploading 6 photos or so.
I wanted to be able to transfer my files between my devices using the app, but there is NO way to do this. If you paid for the premium version on iPhone and wanted to transfer to your iPad, you won’t be able to. If you want the app on iPad in addition to the iPhone app, you’ll have to buy another premium version for iPad as the accounts aren’t linked.
I tried contacting their “support” page, but it’s just a blog and after a week my question was not answered.
Don’t waste your time or money on this — download Documents by Readdle instead. I’ve yet to encounter the file size limit on the free version, and you can transfer between devices.Show lessVon Anon
