Good Product
Would be improved if Folder backup just updated new changed files instead of creating new Folder1, Folder2 etc. every time. It would be even better if Folder was backed up automatically at the same time as photos.

I watched all the videos online claiming how wonderful this gadget is. Just plug it in and it automatically it downloads hassle free apparently.
Eh no it doesn’t! I connected with all the correct original iPhone cables downloaded the app and it downloaded my contacts in about a second. I cannot find any way to force it to download my photos. I’ve clicked on all the relevant buttons etc to no avail. I’ve had to email them and if it’s not resolved soon it’s being returned.

Doesnt work
Couldnt get app to see the device, even though Files app did see, wasted more time with Troubleshooting. Found out cable would charge my phone without the device plugged in, but connected decice would not turn on, app still still stuck on "plug in" mode, while device was plugged in. Files app still sees device.

Qubi Pro
I love this. I do wish it accepted USBC as well as lightning cables; however, I was able to use a lightning to USB cable converter to download from my new iPad.

Qubii Pro is great for backing up your contacts, but as far as photos go - it duplicates nearly every pic, so you have to scroll through and delete each individual pic (thousands in my case). Then, when you’ve done that, you can look forward to doing it all over again on the next useless back up!
Why is it so hard for companies to back up photos and videos ACCURATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m throwing this stupid device in the bin. I don’t have time to delete endless duplicates of my photos. At least iCloud works.

Great device and app.
Been searching for a quick way to backup my iPhone pictures and iTunes music. I finally found it. Now I can transfer to my hard drives. 😊
