Not receiving FB lead notifications
I have had leads coming in and I am not getting notifications from the all or even seeing the leads in the app.gem colecter

Hi James, thanks for the generous feedback! :) If you're referring to integrating your Calendar app with Privyr in order to set up reminders to follow up with the leads, I'm happy to share that Privyr has built-in follow up reminders for every client, making it easy to keep your relationships warm and prevent any leads from falling through the cracks. Follow up reminders can be automatically set when you interact with a client, quickly snoozed for days, weeks, or months, and will give you contextual alerts that can be easily acted upon. Hi Jonathan, thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify, Privyr still has a free version that offers instantly receiving and contacting unlimited leads. :) There's no limit to the number of leads you can receive and view on the free tier, as well as the number of lead sources you can connect. Your leads will always come in instantly and all details will be available. You can also call or message your leads from Privyr with auto-personalised Quick Responses, however on the free plan this functionality is limited to the most recent 10 leads you received, which is also applicable if you'd like to perform bulk actions. If you're always contacting new leads quickly while they're fresh, you won't see any limits even if you receive hundreds of leads per day. That said, if you're scaling your business and need unlimited access to all features and functionality of Privyr, we have affordable fixed-cost plans available. Loving the app, makes the follow ups to leads from my ad campaigns so much easier. Combines Instagram and Facebook leads and enables you to follow them up quickly with text and brochures etc. also great for tracking contact, notes to remember the customer and great follow up for date and time function to set calls to potential clients at certain times. Really recommend it, only cost about £17.50 but has been essential to the success of my leads turning to clients.Show lessMuntybum
