Inconvenient returning
Can you give permission to park the bike closer to the Han lake in the future? Itโs very inconvenient to bike far away from it just to rent an MTB there upon returning a Swing bike. Thanks.

The bike seat height isnโt suitable for anyone 170 cm or more. I couldnโt turn off turbo mode.

Awful customer service
Swing charged me a towing fee. I do acknowledge that Iโm responsible for parking at the wrong spot(near a crosswalk), but I had no idea this is illegal. I feel like itโs the appโs responsibility to mark areas where parking is not allowed since they already mark areas where they do not provide services. There needs to be a designated parking spot or smth set the the seoul government. I feel like there are a lot of similar cases like me
