I find the staff to be excellent. They are all incredibly helpful. If I cannot find something they will go out of their way to get it in for me as soon as possible. I feel the manager goes above and beyond the call of duty, two weeks ago he searched every store in Riyadh for an item for me.
Unfortunately, some residents can be jerks especially if they can’t get a specific product. Watching a grown adult in the store throwing a tantrum like a child was an eye opener…… the staff dealt with that person respectfully and professionally…… if it was me I would have not coped as well as they did with such a difficult customer.

I have to keep logging in every day!
The stupid app keeps logging me out and I have to log in every single time I want to use it! What is this nonsense? None of the other apps do this!! Fix it!
Second time to use the app
So far so good, would be great if I can search within the category instead of a general search, for example if I’m looking for banana in fruits, instead of scrolling to search for banana I would type the word banana in the search bar, but it would show me all products containing banana.. (banana cake, banana milk, banana flavor essence.. etc) some refining to the search method would make the app more user friendly.

it was working very well, till it required to update the app and then it was crushed can't proceed to skip or update the information when starting the app, also can't believe it has been two weeks without finding a solution for it, had to switch to other online groceries

Can’t use the app after update
The last update killed the app
Update fail
Had to update the app today, no big deal. When I try to open the app it wants to update birthdate and gender, no big deal. When I hit “submit” I get a temporary token not valid error message and can’t proceed to make an order. Also tried to skip the update, but got same “temporary token not valid” error and can’t proceed again to make an order. Hard to use the app when I can’t get into it due to a bugged app.
